Featured in the sixth edition of Bailado em Seteais, promoted by the Cultursintra FP Foundation and the Municipality of Sintra, “Marcelino Sambée Convidados” assumes itself as the centrepiece of an event that has become an unmissable fixture on Portugal’s dance scene. Set against the backdrop of the gardens of the Seteais Palace, this performance celebrates the exceptional career of Marcelino Sambé, Principal Dancer of The Royal Ballet and one of the most prominent Portuguese figures in the international dance scene.
On an evening marked by artistic excellence, Sambé brings together a group of prestigious guests on stage, including established dancers and young talents from the Royal Ballet, in a programme that blends classical and contemporary repertoire. More than just an individual celebration, this performance stands as a meeting place for different generations, reflecting the artist’s commitment to promoting and showcasing new performers.
Between established fame and new discovery, “Marcelino Sambé e Convidados” embodies the spirit of Bailado em Seteais: a dialogue between tradition and the future, where dance asserts itself as a living, shared language in constant renewal.

Residents of Sintra: 10% discount upon presentation of valid proof of address per ticket. Discount applies only to tickets purchased or collected at physical ticket offices; it is not valid for online purchases.
A companion of a person with a disability, with a degree of disability of 60% or more, is entitled to a free ticket, in accordance with current legislation, upon presentation of a multi-purpose medical certificate of disability at the time of purchase or collection of the ticket.

2026 PROGRAMME | ADMISSION POLICY

- Tickets for the show are available online at regaleira.byblueticket.pt
- On performance days, the box office will also open at the venue one hour before the start of the performance.
- Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to attend performances, in accordance with Article 25(b) of Decree-Law No. 23/2014 of 14 February.
- Members of the public will not be admitted after the performance has started.
- No photographic, audio or video recording of any kind is permitted without the prior authorisation of the Fundação Cultursintra FP;
- he use of mobile phones or other electronic devices is not permitted during the performance; these must be kept on silent mode;
- Ticket refunds will only be issued in the cases provided for in Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 23/2014 of 14 February; no refund will be given in the event of the audience arriving late;
- Tickets will be scanned by barcode readers at the entrance;
- Tickets may be presented in physical or digital format (smartphone/tablet);
- Tickets must be retained until the end of the performance;
- Attendance at the event implies the granting of image rights for promotional and publicity purposes.

NOTICE | Should weather conditions prevent the performance from going ahead, the Cultursintra FP Foundation reserves the right to move it to the Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval.
